I singlehandedly care for BOTH my parents with Alzhiemer's disease. Rarely, do they sundown at the same time but when they do, I reach for my calm bars and it does the trick.Not only do they help calm ME down, but they calm my parents down as well. They relax us in about 10 minutes and life goes back to its normal, choatic, state WITHOUT the added stress of sundowning.Price wise, I think they are a little high. $30 seems fair, as we're already struggling to care for those that need us. We struggle mentally, financially and emotionally.The average caregiver usually gets no help unless it's from the state, Medicaid or they have the support of other family members. Many like myself don't have those options. Everything from skilled nursing care to various dementia therapies i.e, puzzle books, brain games and now calming edibles, are super expensive.Not only does the disease drain the life out of our loved ones eyes, caretaking drains the life out of the caretaker, and sadly, the companies who offer solutions, drain the money from our already empty wallets.Overall, I'm satisfied with the product. I just wish the price point was a little lower. It'd be so nice catch a break or even an occasionally sale on this stuff some time, therefore, because of the high price, I give it 3 stars.

First introduced from the chiropractor. Love the taste. Satisfies the after dinner sugar crave. When out for dinner with friends, I bring one in my purse, and eat one of these with after dinner tea instead of a 350 calorie dessert. Can't say as I notice that it has much of a calming effect on me. But definitely no sugar buzz like with desserts or candy. Love em!

This product is amazing. I have started taking it with a cup of tea to counter the caffeine and it works wonders. Bye Bye jitters. Hello focused energy.
