Perfect for small pressure dent on my car!
Ever lean against your car while chatting with someone; I mean, really lean...as in press your backside against the front quarter panel of your vehicle hard enough that you hear a small *pop* sound, as the thin metal alloy gives way to the awesome metal denting super-power of your gluteus maximus? Yeah, me either...that would be silly. But, let's say for the sake of argument that a "friend" of mine did this to my lovely, cherished and maintained like-new Subaru. Who has the time and money to leave your precious AWD at the bodyshop to fix a butt-dent? Nobody who has a butt that can dent metal alloy and leap small buildings in a single bound, that's for sure!Being a DIY kind of woman I figured a little suction may just be what was needed to pull the dent. Within minutes of the product arriving at my door (very speedy shipping, btw) it had magically suctioned away the dent. It happened so fast I didn't even have time to really enjoy how ridiculously easy it was.Step 1: Open the box.Step 2: Walk out to driveway.Step 3: Blow kisses at my Subaru and frown disapprovingly at the butt-dent.Step 4: Press the vacuum cup to the center of said butt-dent.Step 5: Press the little orange handles together.Step 6: Pull light and steady.Step 7: Hear a faint *pop* sound.Step 8: Separate the little orange handles to release the suction.Step 9: Frown at what used to be a butt-dent spot, but was no longer visible...and find it almost annoying, because it would have been cool to have taken a "before and after" picture.Step 10: Grin stupidly...because that was way to fun and easy. The only downside I see to this little orange suctionie-puppy is that I now have an urge to pull dents out of strangers vehicles. I keep it in my car just in case; fits nicely in the glove box. One woman at a grocery store let me try it on her car (the power of the "sucker" has emboldened me to start conversations with perfect strangers). In that case one dent was righted so quick she laughed. When I attempted to pull a second dent we both found out that is does not work all that well for dents where the metal has been stretched; as in a collision kind of situation. Either way, her back passenger door looked almost like new in under 10 easy steps. This product has already paid for itself in its intended purpose. Now it is providing addictive-amusement and new friends from parking lots.

Save the 3 bucks
This is hands down the worst product out there for suction cups, if you're like me and using this to replace a broken screen on a MacBook or really anything else you would use this for you are going to be sorely disappointed. I pulled this out of the package and attempted to lock it onto the glass screen and all it did was crack the glass even more. Not from too hard of suction but because of the fact as soon as you pull on the handle the suction cup will rip and will completely shatter your already cracked screen. If I could give it no stars I would, the suction cup ripped after one gentle tug rendering the product completely useless. Not even 5 minutes of use. Save yourself the 3 bucks and waiting time for shipping. This product is useless.

Mac Repairs yes - Car Repairs -uh -NO
I agree 100% with the other posters - this little unit is 100% plastic & cheap rubber. I tried to pop a dent out of my wife's 2012 Nissan Altima - the thing popped off even before I could try to give a good solid pull. Now, using on my wife's iMac to upgrade the HD in it to a SSD - worked like a champ. Course the iMac screen is flat & made of glass & held in place with magnets - those guy's @ Apple - man - they should design the next space shuttle !!! - could you just imagine what it would look like ? - course it would completely bankrupt the entire US economy for the next zillion years - but at least it'd be cool & well made :-) but I digress ... bottom line on this little unit - iMac repairs - great - car panel repairs - ferget about it ....

Did not work for me
I bought this to pull out a couple of quarter sized dents. I cleaned the surface and tried the suction cup dry and then slightly moistened. I found that it had far more pull when the rubber was clean and dry but I could not get the dents to come out. Maybe this one is just too big for the size dents I have but it might be kept in mind if you are trying to use it on a small dent. I'm giving it 3 stars since it has ok suction and might possibly work better on a 2" dent.

Product works great. I've already used it to remove a few dents.
This product does work. Anyone on here saying it doesn't remove dents isn't using it on the correct size dent. It's not the products fault that they don't understand how it works. That being said, it's not going to fix every dent you have. It's not going to remove a quarter size dent, it's 2.5" across, that's silly. But if you've got the right size dent (4-8"ish), with a flat enough surface, this might just pop it out for you. There were three decent sized dents on my SO's '05 Honda Civic. 1 it removed completely, 1 it removed partially (was too close to a seam, where the metal is more rigid), and 1 didn't have a flat enough surface to hold on. I also popped out a dent on my Eagle Talon with it.This product is more likely to work when the dent is in the center of the body panel. I've used it mostly on quarter panels. This isn't going to remove every tiny little dent and make your car showroom nice again, but it will remove some dents and I recommend trying it out. In my opinion, it more than paid for itself with the first dent. I'm going to buy a 2nd one to pull harder dents where the 4" puller (Which I also own and recommend) is too large.

Arrived broken, poor shipping and quality.
Purchased to assist in the replacement of a Macbook Pro screen. Product arrived packaged in blister package inside of envelope. The Blister had been crushed, and the fixed (vertical) handle was broken. When I attempted to use the suction cup, a small amount of pressure caused the rubber cup to begin to tear. This was not even sufficient pressure to remove the glass, but it was enough to tear the cup off. I have difficulty believing that this product would work for its intended purpose of removing a dent.Seller graciously offered to replace product, but several weeks later replacement still has not arrived. Regardless, it did not meet my needs and I would not recommend to someone looking for tools to replace Mac Glass.
