The media could not be loaded. My garage fridge is older than your mom, and will likely outlive you. Will certainly outlast the junk being sold today. It sucks energy harder than an emo teenager, which makes it even worse when the kids don't make sure the door closed. A new door seal is more than a new fridge, so ordered these magnets for a cheap fix. They work great, even though they don't touch. I used one on the door and one on the fridge body for extra door closing strength and hold. Thin enough to fit in the gap, strong enough to pull the door closed, or force it open if you get the polarities wrong. Best of all, I don't have to rely on the kids to be responsible anymore. Had none broken, and didn't break any during installation. Use the sliding method to separate. They have nifty plastic spacers for shipping that make getting them apart a bit easier. Would buy again for my next garage fridge, but, will I ever need a new garage fridge?

Decent little magnets but fragile. Couple of them got to close to each other and slapped togeather. Broke them both.

These things are amazingly strong. I have at least one pinched finger by not respecting their power!One thing to note is that the North/South are on the large faces of the magnet. I was actually looking for a traditional bar magnetic with the N/S on the ends but these will still be useful for other projects I'm working on.

These are nice but nowhere in its documentation does it mention the "N value" (N-Value refers to magnet strength) they are not real strong.

Exactly as described. I am looking to use to secure objects to the side of my aquarium and was able to make a pretty good bond through the glass. I have a larger/thicker tank so I would use two pairs to get a better bond, with that I wish I had ordered the 40x10x5 magnets to get better holding power. These are strong magnets and will be useful for various projects.
