Good for teaching
I bought this because my 4 year old was sometimes throwing his left over food in the recycle can and this really helped him. At the very least, now if he doesn’t know which can to use, he asks. Mission accomplished!

The best book for helping kids learn accountability in caring for our earth and how to recycle
This is a great book to inspire children to care about our earth, and how they can make a positive difference in the world. It's easy to read with fun illustrations, so that all children young to old - can understand why it's important for all of us to recycle and reduce our carbon footprint. I love this book and the subject!

Easy steps to help our Planet
5 yr old, "I like when they help the turtle get out of the plastic. It made me feel happy."7 yr old, "I liked it because they practice the 3 R's; reduce, reuse, and recycle."8 yr old, "My favorite part was in Earth ninja talked about the 3 R's. It got me thinking what we could do. Well, we already try to re-cycle cardboard and we have a compost pile at our house but I think we could take the idea of using the reusable shopping bags when we go to the store to help out a little bit more."

Great book to teach our little ones!
I have to say, I loved reading this little book to my son. Although he didn't really pay much attention to what I was reading, he was at least looking at the pictures. I didn't care much for the illustrations, but he seemed to like them. I highly recommend this book for the littlest ones (0-8). I don't think it's suitable for older kids (9+), though. Big kids usually like books with a little more substance, if you know what I mean. However, it was perfect for my son as he's still very young.
