Great mineral tinted sunscreen.
Tint blends well leaving no white cast. Easy to apply and blend in. Leaves a mat finish. Mineral sunscreen with high protection. Quality sunscreen at a reasonable cost.

Nearly perfect tinted sunscreen
This is a great product for people with light warm skin tone. I don’t think it would work for fair skin, as it borders on being a touch too dark for me, but it’s fine with a very light powder over the top to lighten it up a touch (see attached pics). I have incredibly oily skin and I found this to be neither dewy nor drying. It was a nice in between with a more natural satin finish. (and it is the perfect texture once I add a touch of setting powder). Although it is matte, it isn’t drying at all. If you have dry skin, I would definitely add a moisturizer underneath. It did take a few minutes to fully dry down. I’ve not tried this under liquid foundation, so I’m not sure how it would do underneath. I do wear a translucent setting powder over it, which sets it perfectly. It provides just a touch of coverage - a “your skin but better” look and It stays put even after mild sweating.I have tried numerous (at least 20) other tinted sunscreens and BB creams w/ spf over the past few years (including several viral ones) but this has been my fave. I also have moderate acne. I’ve only been using this about a week, but so far it hasn’t triggered any breakouts I’ll update this review if it does. I have attached a few pictures wearing the Austrian Gold Matte in the light shade. . I think it is obvious in the pics that my face is a touch darker than my neck, but it’s always like that unless I use a shade that is really too pale for me.

Functional but funky smell
Does a nice job. Pretty good coverage, and has sat well under makeup. Tint has been good for me though probably will be too dark come winter time. Very good value for money. However the SMELL! oof! Like musty paint. It goes away (or maybe I get used to it?) after a bit, but it really making me consider not repurchasing. Also had some issues that if I don't blend well it oxides in my neck fold, but that has only happened twice thankfully!

Excellent product!
As a woman who is always on the lookout for the right sunscreen to protect my sensitive skin, I have finally found it: Australian Gold Botanical SPF 50 Tinted Face Sunscreen. This sunscreen provides strong protection with a high SPF against the sun's rays, a smooth matte finish, and an even color that matches the skin tone—plus it is non-oily. Additionally, the price is affordable, making it the ideal choice for me, especially with sensitive facial skin.

This is impressive
I have worn probably 50 different foundations since I started wearing makeup in 2013. From mineral powders to Wet N Wild Photofocus to Estee Lauder Double Wear and Juvia's Place, I have tried so many different things, but my combo skin is too powerful for all of them. My T zone oil melts anything on it like it's been hit with acid. Several years ago, I gave up trying to keep my face matte in the right places and just accepted that it wasn't going to happen if even a beloved luxury $50 foundation wouldn't work.I've been wanting to wear sunscreen more consistently, so I was looking into tinted sunscreens. Years ago, I wore BB creams from Maybelline which were good enough for me at the time, but I wasn't interested in going back to that one. I found a review I trusted that highly recommended this, so I decided to try it.A little about me: I am 30, so I have some minor dynamic fine lines, but my skin texture is very smooth because I use tretinoin. I have combo skin - my t zone is so oily I could scrape it off and cook with it some days, while spots like my jawline and undereyes are pretty dry. I prefer a satin finish in my foundations. This was completely unexpected, but this product lasted all day without oil breakthrough for 14 hours. Granted, it is cooling off here, and I was in class all day, but usually my foundations start breaking down in 5 to 6 hours in conditions like this. The oil around my nose is just barely starting to peek through, and the product itself still looks nice, not like a slimy mess. I am shocked and so happy I gave this a try because I've never found anything that performed this well. Double Wear is close, but it also is very thick and can look mask-like.It also seems to be somewhat transfer resistant, which is great. I wore this for the first time to a charity even tonight and wore a white blouse - the neckline came close to where I had makeup placed. My shirt does not have makeup on the edge, so either the makeup stayed put, or I managed to avoid touching my shirt to the makeup. The only con I see right now is the shade range. Luckily, the undertones seem to be pretty neutral, so it won't look absolutely insane on people that lean warm or cool. But the depth and light of the shades leaves much to be desired. A few extra shades, and a very deep shade, would be nice additions. I have a light medium cool olive skintone. I accidentally purchased the medium to tan shade, which still barely works for me since we're coming out of summer. I am sure that by the middle of winter, I will need to repurchase this in the lightest shade.Overall, if you have oily skin and have a skin color that this product covers, give it a go. I am sad that they don't offer this in more shades because I feel like so many women would love this product but can't wear it.

What is that smell??
I bought this because I saw so many reviews on websites and influencers raving about the matte finish, the tint not being orange, and working well under makeup. I can't believe nobody mentioned how terrible the smell is! I once spilled latex paint on my face while painting my walls (fell off a ladder, don't ask!), and the smell of this sunscreen is very similar to that! It does dry down to a nice matte finish, gives a nice light coverage, and does play well with foundation but not concealer. I couldn't get my concealer to spread on the matte finish without emphasizing my fine lines and making it look cakey no matter what I did! I mean, if you can tolerate the smell until it dries down and don't intend to use concealer, I think it'll work for you. But, I just couldn't stomach smearing that on my face every day and waiting for the smell to go away! Maybe I got a bad batch? I don't know, but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone! 3 stars for the finish and overall tinted coverage.
