It's great!
This slant board is plenty sturdy and well made. I have my own resistance band things and they work well with the attached ring. The ring is big enough to get my bands (with clips) through. Great stretch for my calves, but I don't know if I'll be able to use the higher angles. Good to have the variety of angles, though. If you're looking for a slant board, this is a great choice.

Functionality.
It's very well thought out and made. I am quite pleased with this purchase. That being said, if there is something I could suggest, it is to add a locking mechanism that once it was in the correct incline position, it could stay in place as it is moved to a different place within the Gym itself. I only say this because I use it for different exercises and need to move it myself, and it could possibly hurt someone if this was a scenario where someone else needed it to move it. Notice, if done carefully, it does have slots on both sides that does allow moving it without it hurting or doing damage, (If one is careful!)Other than this suggestion, it does do what it is intended to do very well, and of course, it is very well constructed with quite durable material that was used.

Good product but we should have one lower angle setting. It’s a pretty steep place to start.
Flattest setting is pretty steep. One setting less steep would be great to get started. But it is a good sturdy piece of equipment. If you’re starting with relatively good for flexibility it will work well for you

Exactly what I needed!
I bought this slant board to help me recover from ACL reconstruction. My calf tightness and ankle mobility is so bad that I can't do regular squats, and this lets me to eccentric squats and stretches my calf. It's sturdy, and I like the labels for the various angle adjustments. Others I've seen don't have that. The exercise band that comes with it wasn't usable for me with the cloth cover, so I had to cut it off. But once I did that it's great for shoulder exercieses. It's a very light resistance band.

GREAT CALVE STRETCHER
LOVE this product. My calves have always been tight, no injury. I have flat arches so I wear orthodics. I am still supposed to do calve stretches daily but I don't always remember (especially when I go barefoot). Now I stretch multiple times a day and I get a far deeper stretch, even on the lowest level, then I have been able to get in other way, including straps. The top black non-slid strip does irritate my bare feet to I do it with my shoes, I have furniture close by to hold onto. The straps can also keep you stable and busy, nice to have, I but rarely use them. I just step up on it several times a day for a few minutes, will up to higher level weekly.

As good as the podiatrist said
It is sturdy, does not slip around on the floor. It is easy to adjust the incline for your comfort and a good stretch of your calf and plantar fascia. Have yet to try out the included exercise strap.

My father-in-law took mine!
I’ve been using this for a while and love it. I suggested my father-in-law try it out because he has neuropathy and nothing has worked. He was immediately impressed and used it throughout the day. He didn’t steal it. We let him keep it and are getting another one to replace it. Great, natural pain relief.

Good product/Sturdiness Questionable
Just got one of these bad boys and I use it everyday. I love the idea and build of it up until the point of the sturdiness. It kinda creeks when I’m on it and I’m only 195 lbs male. First getting on and stepping off is when it’s the most sketchy but while I’m on it I feel decently safe. Idk about 450 lbs maximum (as posted) safe though. That’s pushing it. And the bungee thing is a joke.
