This yoga mat is exactly what I was looking for! The material feels soft but provides great grip, so I never have to worry about slipping during workouts. It has the right amount of cushioning, making it super comfortable for yoga, stretching, or even floor exercises. I also love that it comes with a carrying bag, which makes it easy to take to the gym or outdoors. The quality feels durable and it rolls up nicely for storage. I love this mat!!! I got one and liked it so much I ordered one for each member of my family. It's great for stretching with plenty of size and cushion so I don't hurt my elbows. It also stays flat. Just unroll it when you get it and the new smell goes away completely in a day or so. We even use these for evening prayers. Def recommend, esp if they are on sale! Peace!

Love this mat, it's think material making it more comfortable and easy to roll and unroll. It came with a strap that you put on to help keep it rolled and you can carry it by thator you can use the carry case that it came with. I love the green color. It's a great quality mat that stays put when using and is easy to carry and store without taking up a ton of space.

I'd had my previous yoga mat for a few years and it started falling apart (little pieces falling off everywhere), so it was time to shop for a new one. My old one was appropriate for its original intended use (dance stretches), but recently I started doing a lot of at-home HIIT / circuit training Youtube videos and I found that the previous yoga mat was not thick enough to support kneeling or lying down exercises, wasn't wide enough if I was doing something like plank jacks that requires lateral motion, and wasn't long enough for exercises extending the arms and legs like superman. After many hours of research, I landed on this Gruper mat. Its 1/2 inch thickness provides enough support for the aforementioned exercises, and its length and width give me more space to move. It's probably a bit bulkier to carry around if you're taking it to classes, but I don't intend on ever taking it outside the apartment. I was also relieved that there was no odor. My only complaints are that it can be a little slippery when my hands and feet are sweaty, and the edge of the mat is curved rather than straight. But those are kind of minor problems, so overall I am pretty happy with the mat. Let's see how long it holds up!

El material es antideslizante, así que se mantiene firme en el suelo y no resbala aunque sude durante la práctica.El tamaño es ideal, más grande que otros tapetes, lo que da bastante espacio para moverse con libertad. I've had this yoga mat for just over a month and I've only used it three times. Already, it's starting to break down. At the end of my usual routine, I'm doing sitting and kneeling poses and when I get up, I have pieces of the mat on my knees. It's not unusable by any means at this point, but I don't think it's going to last very long. I gave it three stars in case I'm wrong and this lasts longer than I think it will.On the positive side, it has great grip and it's soft without compromising stability (although I wouldn't mind it being a bit more rigid). If only it was better made, it would be excellent.
