This is a good brand of magnesium. My doctor told me I needed to take magnesium because of the leg cramps at night. Since I start taking these I'm waking up with less muscle spasms in my legs and feet.

This product is very good however it make me go to the toilet a few times, it doesn’t have any taste and the size it not too bad
