I use this almost everyday. Once you get the plumbing fixtures the way you need them it is very easy to use. Works for both external as well as deep internal cleaning and defecation.

Good product, but you'll probably want to look for one that can cut off the flow of water if you have a faucet where the water control is also the temperature control where turning the flow rate down also puts it fully to the hot side. Would be much more functional. Good construction quality otherwise

This is was to flimsy and does not go in as far as the length, it just wads up in the first cavity. It does not go past the first bend. It does not need to be this long to only go as far as it can penetrate. AND THERE IS NO RETURNING OR MONEY BACK!!!!!!TRASH, TRASH, TRASH. Trust me, I know what I am talking about having done this kind of thing for 10 years.

I've had this for about a month and it seems to be a good quality product and was easy to install. I simply removed my handheld showerhead and replaced it with this.Just a couple tips I've to learn from experience:-Remember to switch back to your main shower head if you have one. Otherwise, next time you turn the shower on this will flip around and spray water all over the place.-Experiment with the water pressure. Less is more in experience. Especially if you're using this to prepare for an intimate encounter. This really gives a deep cleansing but too much water and you might feel squeaky clean for a few minutes and then suddenly develop a stomach ache that has you rushing back to the bathroom.
