The media could not be loaded. My 10 y/o boy, Baxter, has cerebellar hypoplasia. It makes it harder for him to get around (he wobbles, can't jump, etc) which doesn't bother him, but it particularly makes using the littler box and cleaning himself very difficult. He also has significant food allergies we can't get under control which create hair loss, dandruff, and further hygiene issues. Things have definitely become worse over this past year after we moved. We've tried many different brushes, kitty shampoos, leave in aka no rinse kitty shampoos... and nothing ever really works. My allergies combined with his excess hair loss, dander, and accumulated house dust from lack of cleaning himself has created a situation where I can no longer even pet him and he has all but given up on even trying to clean himself. This has taken a toll on both of us and I can tell he's becoming depressed.I bought these gloves on Monday in a desperate attempt to get the hair under control and be able to pet him. Thursday afternoon they showed up and I immediately grabbed Baxter to start testing them out. This boy was in heaven!!! Soooo much hair started coming off! I was covered but it's ok because my boy was happy and I could see his coat getting cleaner and healthier with every pet. I knew I had to do a review so I grabbed my gear, set it up, and sat down to start again. He was so excited he walked over to me for more. We sat there for 20-30 minutes, him just purring away and loving it, while I was getting a ton of hair and dander off him.Things I like about the gloves:- they really do work!! soooo much hair comes off- I was able to loosen up some matted areas I had never been able to before- my cat enjoyed every second of it and the happiness lasted, he's still on cloud 9- I noticed this was actually encouraging him to groom himself and he started to work with him to get the job done- the gloves are comfortable, stay on, and it's really easy to remove the hair- the gloves are also thick enough that if they try to nibble, bite, or a claw gets caught you don't feel itThings I don't like:- hair absolutely flies everywhere (though admittedly the company never said it wouldn't, so no false advertising and can't hold this against them)It was essential I vacuum and change after using these, but totally worth it. I had just vacuumed the day prior so this was literally all accumulated from Baxter. Wild!! He is so happy, I love to see it, and now I can safely pet my boy again. Can't recommend these enough.*ignore my other cat in the background, he was very jealous and not amused the door was shut*

I don’t normally leave reviews but these are very much worthy of doing so. My 12lb cat loves them to. I have bought several different types of grooming brushes, one he like better than the other but neither did the job like these gloves at removing hair that is loose and shedding. I am thrilled because he’s getting the petting that he loves and I’ve found something that works like a dream.

Gloves are good quality. Our cat wouldn't let us brush her with a brush but she will let us use these gloves. She loves them! Win win!

They are awesome! I bought because they were the only ones that offered sizes. They stretch and Velcro at the wrist to secure them allowing for a more comfortable fit and safer brushing for my cat. Does what description details. My cat purrs when I stroke him with these gloves. Plenty of hair and dander comes off his coat. I Share the pair of gloves with my husband. He has one for his cat, I have one for mine. Great value for the money!

One of my fluffy friends doesn’t like to be brushed. I have tried many options but none worked. Every time I tried he always tried to bite me or just run away. so I ordered this to see if works. It really helps at a lot because even if is not a brush, but it helps me to pull out of his hair little by little every day and I always have to be gentle with him. I say this is the best option that I have found to help my fluffy friend looks more beautiful! 😀👍👍

I had high hopes for these gloves. The raised area on the gloves are really really hard. I bought these for my cats,one a kitten, and I was too scared to wash them with these gloves. In no way could I hold my kitten while bathing him using these gloves. I cannot tell if I am holding him too tight, and I cannot tell if I am using too much pressure to bathe him. While I was bathing him though, I could tell it probably was irritating to him, it was like even though I used gentle pressure, I could feel his back bone and I just did not like that at all. I finished with my hands. I do think these are a good option for dogs, especially dogs with a lot of hair. However it is a big NO for cats and kittens. Currently looking for a silicone bristle washing glove.

These gloves are absolutely the best deshedding tools I have found! I am ordering another pair for my pups and for my "granddogs" also. My dogs are older and seldom get overly excited, but after the first-time use, they started barking and jumping when they saw me putting the gloves on for a round two. Needless to say, these will be a regular in their daily routine even when they don't have extra fur. They absolutely love the feel of these gloves on their coats!!!

Bought these to use on my horse and he looooves it when use them when he takes a bath or just to brush him off. It’s the massage it gives that gets him dancing every time
