Fit my X300
My mower deck started eating belts. Greasing the spindles did not work. They saw a lot of use.Rebuild the deck with this set. Easy job as everything fit well. No more expensive belt replacements!

Perfect fit for JD LA105
These were a perfect fit for the 42” John Deere LA105 mower deck. Quality appears to be as good and fit like the factory original parts. The kit came with the proper nuts and bolts for installation, the belt was the correct size and the idler pulleys fit as expected. As for durability time will tell, but, for now my mowers is now working like it did when new.

Fit perfect and easy to install
This kit arrived quickly and had everything I needed to install, no missing bolts or parts. Made my old mower cut like new again. Can't speak to the longivity of the spindles as I just installed them, but if i get half the years of the originals, it was well worth it. Price was excellent. OEM from my local John Deere dealer would have cost twice as much. If the spindles break or wear out quickly, I'll change my review. But for now I am well satisfied.

All good except for the blades.
I had absolutely NO issues with anything until I put the seemingly identical new blades on and engaged the mower to cut. The new blades are just long enough to make contact, I'm speaking in terms of fractions of an inch. My old blades were relatively new so I put those back on and I was ready to cut with no other issues. I compared the new blades received with the ones I took off the mower, they appear to be identical in every way. Overall, I'm satisfied, the local mower shop will work out something with me and I'll eventually use the blades.

Chinese cheap
First of all when you order these things and they don't come when promised you know the Chinese had shipping delay or they're just not being honest about how fast they can get it here. The cutting blade shaft with a nut on top is the Chinese one. It may look good but if you noticed it's not a tempered shaft like the John Deere. The Chinese one comes with new bolts and that's good I guess they are metrics so you will need to change the socket you used to take it apart. One of the ways China saves money so you can get these items cheap is by using subpar materials and also very cheap bearings. One of the blade shaft housing had a bad bearing unit right out of the box.The other thing it's no fun is the Zerks fittings are smaller than what we have on our equipment so extremely difficult to grease unless you have that smaller metrics zerks gun that fits these things,I ended up shooting a hold tube of grease trying to get these things filled and I had to clean up the bulk of it so I don't know how much I got in at all. You can bet if I wasn't able to get enough grease in there they're going to fail quickly. The supplied belts look okay, I'll let you know after I run it a year or so. One of the pulleys also had a bad bearing unit right out of the box it had a hard spot as it was rotated. So be prepared when you go to do this job and have both English and metric tools. Try to find a grease gun that'll connect with the smaller Zerk fitting, you can't use the old ones the threaded hole is too small. The supplied cutting blades looks good but I gave them a bend test and they bend much easier than the originals.Overall if you don't mind doing the work of changing the stuff out over and over then there probably okay but you're going to change these parts a lot faster than getting the parts from John Deere. You are not really saving money if you have to do it three times more often.Update: 09/04/2024okay it's only been a few months and the Chinese sold cheap product has already failed. Both said held the blade shaft on came loose and stripped out the holes that screwed into them so they couldn't be tightened. As the shaft came loose something got out of line and also cut the belt. Also I noticed the grease was coming out of the top of the shaft housing for the blades. Now this is how China sells their product cheaper by reducing the quality. Fortunately I also had the blade shaft housings complete with bearings still in stock because I purchased them both at the same time.No just started using the John Deere product but what I also noticed is the John Deere product is also made in China. You see China likes to cheapen something down in order to make a product in a sale and then they fail early so in essence never buy anything from China when you can avoid it.
