I use mine for both baking & for fake baking with my foam clay. It cuts thru dough and the clay effortlessly. Very sharp! And easy to clean. Plus it comes with handy measurements on the side. It’s easy to use, but still very good quality. Heavy duty, not cheap, but not too heavy either. Just perfect.

WHY did I wait so long to buy this?! I've wanted a bench scraper for many years but just always used the knife method. I gave in one day and have use this daily since. I love the size, printed on measurements and ease of cleaning. Added bonus is the blade shield. This lives on my counter.

Good quality it’s easy to clean and priced right

I was immediately impressed by the quality of this scraper. The handle is not hard plastic; it isn't slick when your hands are wet. The blade is sturdy and sharp. It is not as sharp as a knife but should go through many foods easily. An edge guard is included and slides on easily and firmly. On one side, the blade is clearly marked in inches across the bottom and centimeters on the side. The other side is all metric, with unit conversions in a lighter print.
