Pretty good liner, comes on real thin. Just applied a few times so far... stays on all day, and doesn't make my eyes water!

One of the best eyeliners, I have hooded eyes and this liner barely smudges unlike others (I do make sure to use setting powder as well). It’s a small felt tip and glides very easily.
