I have one of those Anti-NFC wallets with a hard shell. The problem with the wallet that I have is that the outer surface is very smooth. It's constantly slipping out of my pocket. I was looking for a product that would add friction to the wallet so that it would stay. This does exactly that.I was a bit concerned that the "gription" would feel sticky or would leave a residue. But the "gription" is just that. It adds a surface that doesn't slip without feeling sticky or tacky. It doesn't collect dust or lint. I was also worried that the smooth surface of my wallet wouldn't allow this product to adhere. But I cleaned it with 90% rubbing alcohol and applied the tape, and so far, it's sticking.The description suggested that it needs to wrap on itself. But it works just fine with one layer and no overlap. The tape isn't perfectly clear, but it's not obnoxious. I don't feel that it detracts from the appearance of my wallet anyway.The tape was pretty easy to use. Just cut the size you need. Remove the backing. Apply the tape to your object.It feels like the tape will hold up as well. It's a bit thick. So you might have to account for the thickness.

I use this to put on things that I would typically wear gloves with. I replaced the grip tape (ie: skateboard) with this stuff, and this is nice to use because it does not destroy my gloves or jerseys (I put this on the top of my drop-bar gravel bike so I can put my forearms in the “puppy paws” position without trashing my shirts). Does the job and does not fall off. Nice thickness that has a little “give” to it.

Works great if you stick it to a flat surface. Peels up if stuck in a round surface. I tried to use it on some pens, and by the next morning it was unstuck from 3/4's of the pen.

One strip underneath my outdoor chairs and the hold on the cushions is incredible!!! I tried the foam pad and that moved around to much! This is what you need. Kinda pricey, but it will solve all your problems! Definitely recommend!

The adhesive isn’t strong enough. I used this tape to wrap the handgrips of the bench press station on my weight machine, but the tape came loose within minutes. The tape especially doesn’t stick to itself very well.

Had to use glue at the ends. Grip is good . But ends needed glue hold it in place.
