Super great tasting and very convenient.
I'm sensitive to dairy. As a single person, buying goats milk in the carton means it might go bad. Buying in powder form is perfect for me. I've lost over 200lbs. I love the protein quality of this product. I only use goats milk for my coffee and occasionally make an iced shake with it. I do NOT taste anything gamey. It is different than cows milk, but I haven't had cows milk in years so to me, this beats any plant based milk hands down. I crave this actually more than I want to admit. I love that it's processed at low temps to maintain/preserve nutrients, and though it's spendy, in my case worth it, very convenient. I use my bullet and let it sit in fridge, so it's not chalky or weird texture when I drink it. I buy it so much that I'm buying it in 5lb bulk bags. I use vanilla, vanilla stevia, egg white protein powder, 2 scoops this, ice and MCT oil, 16 oz water in bullet. In the mornings, I make it without ice, add coffee and some water. I've also added PB powder or cacao powder. It's really good but again I don't do dairy. This is by far more nutritional, a great source of protein and easier for our bodies to process. I LOVE it.

Gamey but clean taste (no prob for goat lovers) use a blender
I am a very open minded eater. I like goat cheese but it's not my favorite. I hadn't had goat milk in years .but I gave this a shot. It has that gamey goat taste which is strange to me. It's like milk but with this other meaty hint (hard to describe) . I just can't get into it on a regular basis. It clumps up a lot in water. I tried the shake vigorously in a jar with lid on but it didn't work (but I didnt tests with mixing ball)Blending works well. It comes out frothy. There is a very slight graininess but hardly. It tastes very clean and pure. If you are not sure about the taste go out an get some goat milk and try it or to remind yourself if you haven't had it in years. If you bought this already and don't like the taste that much add some cocoa powder or some other flavoring and a sweetener. If you get an organic lemon and put the peel on the freezer and use a grater on the frozen peel and then blend that in you will get a sharp element that can cut into that gamey taste (lemon juice will cause the milk to curdle>not good) . In a smoothie it can further transformed in flavor, with say berries and berries added or some ginger. After blending this stuff and it gets frothy it's good for coffee. The 7 tablespoon serving size is a lot, almost half a cup. But that is 22 grams of protein which is a lot. If you're not working out you probably don't need that much. You could do 4 tablespoons (proper leveled off with a knife). If you already like goat milk this is a great product so I give it 4 stars.

Will buy again but not from Amazon
I am writing this 5 about the product inside the bag. I use goat milk in general as sensitive to A1 casein. I like having protein powder around for after lifting weights or when rushing to get somewhere and need some protein. I am fine with the goat flavor and find it mixes well. Maybe a small amount of small clumps but I am mixing with a small cocktail fork, not a blender. The fork worked better for me than a small whisk. It also seems to blend better when I also add peanut powder. But I will buy directly from the company, not buy from Amazon again. Bag came in a box with some other items and there was a small tear in the bag and powder had spilled out. As food it is non refundable non returnable I could not get the Amazon return /refund to get past being ineligible for either. But Amazon packed this box and either it got torn in the box or it was packed from the shelf/pallet with a tear in it. I do think, especially as I had pictures to support this that Amazon should have refunded. The most frustrating part was the amount of time I spent trying to talk to a person to sort out problems. This just became a circular AI circus. I did find a link off customer service that appeared to be a link for a phone call. It was. To a business ( owned by Bezos?) that listens ( AI) and appropriately guides through questions and then says I need to be forwarded to the person who can help. For $5. I looked up the company and they sell subscriptions to tackle these frustrating customer service issues. Z Natural Foods is the place to buy.

So thankful for this product!
I'm unable to consume bovine whey. I'm grateful for this product. It works well and keeps me full. The taste is different, but I don't mind at all. It's expensive, but goat milk is expensive. I'm thrilled for the high protein powder.

The taste is not for the sensitive 🤢
I add my protein powder to flavored coconut water that I drink at the gym. I'm not big into smoothies.I wanted to try goat protein to see if my whey bloating would be reduced.I think that would be the only pro for this product. There is a DEFINITE taste to this. It is hard to describe, but I will say--gamey and earthy. It would most likely be better masked when making a chocolate (or some strongly flavored) smoothie. In my flavored coconut water, the taste just grosses me out. I only use 1/2 or less of the serving size because the taste is too much. The other major problem is that this powder is very difficult to dissolve. I'm not sure on what molecular level this issue is, but I've tried cold, warm, and hot water with no luck. A blender or immersion blender is strong enough to break it down, but just using a shaker ball requires some hand churn butter making shaking abilities to get the powder to break down.Once you do get it to break down, it creates this gross foam (see pic in my water bottle).Overall, this product is way too much work for me to like.
