All functions work/decent manual; UPDATED!
This one came with a better manual than the same machine from another seller. I have not noticed any loss in inches with cavitation or improvement in skin with the radio-frequency after 3 weeks, but I will give it 60 days and then update. Hopefully it doesn’t stop working like the same model that I purchased from another seller (one of the rf handles stopped working after 3 weeks).Update February 1, 2021I wanted to love this machine. I think that the price is right for the functions that you get. As others have said, it is easy to use. You can test the cavitation handle by sprinkling water on it, if it evaporates, it is working. All of the functions worked well, but the six pole RF wand stopped working again. It must be a defect with the model. This occurred with twice a week use and not using the machine for longer than one hour ( the manual states after 60 minutes of use you have to give the machine a 10 minute break). I did 30 minutes cavitation, then 30 minutes RF.I didn’t see results. Every body is different, so take the results portion with a grain of salt. I will say that the RF heat was as hot as that of the Med spa and the cavitation head similarly “rung”’in my ear like the one at the Med spa.Hopefully if you try this machine, the wand won’t quit on you. I’m trying another brand to give the treatment a full 10 sessions before deciding whether or not at-home machines are worth it. Good luck!

Machines works as advised. Happy with purchase
Got my product today and I have tried all the heads. It works as prescribed. Came in well packaged nothing was out of place. It took a while to realize that the silver plug in the back was the vacuum suction intensity. I wish they would add that picture in the booklet because I was wondering why the suction was so intense.I recommend going on YouTube to look for a training video, there is one that is really good.Quite happy, did one arm today and will compare with my other arm to see how it is working and will edit my review accordingly

Not Reliable
Machine stopped working in one month. Reached out to company for assistance with Replacement and to date they answered to assist but then have disappeared because it’s no longer returnable with amazon after 30 days. Do not purchase. Prices are poorly put together and not worth the money.

Great but a disfunction with an instrument
Machine works well! My customers definitely losing inches but after just one month the 6 body polar instrument stopped its suction.

Great machine for the price!
I am a professional and for the money this is a great product! I use it with lots of coconut oil— I find that makes it more enjoyable and easier to clean up when the treatment is over.
