Hi Rob, under this product page, the size of the rolls is 8 inches wide and 50 feet long. So the width is set and the length can be set by you with a cutter or simply scissors as you like. Cut it, seal one end, put your food in it, vacuum and seal it, done! Also, we have 11 inches rolls (11"x50') and pre-cut bags in pint (6"x10"), quart (8"x12") and gallon (11"x16") sizes.
