Put it in a spray bottle and when I walk into a friend's house that had two dogs and lots of fleas, this 99% alcohol kills them when they jump on the legs. I keep the spray handy for instant removal of fleas. Don't smoke when you do this...

I have no answer to this dilemma.
As usual, this bottle of alcohol had a massively poorly manufactured container. It only seals for shipment. Once the shipping seal is removed the bottle leaks out its contents. One would think that a liquid like alcohol would have just as good a seal after opening it as it had before opening it.
