I purchased this after buying a light from CONPEX. I was happily surprised at the quality of this stand. I have used it in my shop to hold my light. It is strong and stable. I would recommend this stand.

NOT Heavy duty.
Not sure what this could be used for other than a very light weight object. The legs seem ok and are made of super thin aluminum, but the main connector in the middle is plastic. The “stability” arms that connect the metal legs to the middle tube are plastic, so those seem pretty useless to me too. I can’t see this making it through anything other than very, very light weight work on a perfectly flat area with no wind.

Wrong description
This thing isn’t anything like what is described. It’s not nearly as sturdy as shown. It also only shows just the base section and actually comes with multiple sections above that. Which might be fine if that’s what you wanted.But an image shows the diameter of the bottom section as being 55mm. It is really only 22mm. I had anticipated bring able to use 2” tubes inside the tripod base. But 22mm is less than an inch. Back it goes.
