Nice...but needs better packing

Nice hat, better than expected at the price. I am dinging it because they mailed it in a bag, so I consider myself lucky it didn't get smashed in shipping. Not sure if I would order from here again, I have a hard time believing the result would be the same in shipping next time again and nobody wants a new crisp hat that's been smashed, screwing up the fit.
