Works like it should. Very pleased with this portable jetpack or internet. When I received this, I had a little problem, but I took my time to figure it out and got the job done. It came with a SIM card when it was sent and received.

This device didn’t works and link to get activation actually created a computer error of freezing my computer. My computer was giving phone number to call to unfreeze my computer and the cs representative on that phone number was assisting but I was smart enough to know he’s installing a remote takeover to have access of my mouse, and my computer.

I got this hotspot because it has decent reviews and Verizon is pretty reliable. What I didn’t realize is just how much Verizon charges for data plans and how much data I would need. I paid $60 for 25 GB of data which I was assured was a decent amount of data for a laptop and iPad. Nope. Not even close. We ran out of data in days. One or two movies and surprise the data is halfway gone.I decided at that point to use my phone as a hotspot and it was fine even when it went to low data mode due to overuse.Check out costs of data plans before you go this route. As for battery life and range, it was more than adequate for my needs. Setup was a pain I couldn’t get it working not on my laptop or cellphone I ended up having to go to a Verizon store which was a headache. So, wish I just rented something or priced out other companies.

Battery wont charge. Other than that it works like it should. The initial setup didnt give me option to setup the simcard that comes with it.
