It goes perfectly with Bulletproof coffee. It won't change the color of the coffee, but it tastes good to me. Don't give up when you first taste it in your coffee; it's not as sweet as other creamers, but it's certainly much more than just a creamer. I have already noticed the difference in my weight!

I love this creamer, but there is one caveat that keeps it from being 5 stars. I put a heaping spoonful into my morning coffee and use a handheld frother to give it a delicious creamy taste and texture. The problem is that some bags of this creamer have a completely different taste and texture. I really love when it froths up nicely and has a rich vanilla-y flavor with lots of foam. Other times, another package has a flat and somewhat oily rather than creamy taste and texture. It seems like a manufacturing quality control issue that hasn’t been resolved. Even using the frother it produces little to no foam.

Okay, I was looking for a good organic dry creamer, and I saw some reviews about this one and I thought I'd give it a try. I have to say it's not a thick creamer, but it definitely is a superfood. I have been putting this in my coffee....and just to warn people....you will be using the bathroom a lot, so refrain from eating things like processed cheese. LOL But, trust me, the results will make you so happy. And overall, I really like the product. I like the taste. It's a substitute to my everyday dry creamer, that's probably filled with tons of chemicals. So I recommend this one if you want to get healthy and lose some weight. But it does take a minute to get used to the dry creamer. I have actually been mixing it with regular organic half-and-half. So I put a little bit of this dry creamer, and then I add a little bit of organic half-and-half liquid creamer, and it seems to be a nice combination. And does the work, you will feel healthier.

This superfood creamer tastes delicious and feels so healthy and nourishing. The price is great considering how long it lasts, and because it’s a powder, it’s super easy to take with me anywhere. A tasty, convenient way to upgrade my coffee!

Update: I started having an allergic reaction to something in this creamer. I’m not allergic to coconut, so it’s either the aquamin or cross contamination from another product they make. Just wanted to give any other food allergic folks a heads up!First a couple caveats -1. I didn’t want any sweetener, fake or otherwise2. I really like coconut3. I’ve been unable to have any dairy products for over a decade, so I’ve tried pretty much all nondairy creamers out there and have pretty low expectationsOkay, now that we are all on the same page! I was looking for something that would make my coffee creamier and cut the acidity. I actually LOVE the refrigerated version of this creamer, but it’s hard to find and pricey. I bought myself a milk frother because my experience with ALL powder creamers is they need some aeration to foam up and blend nicely. I first tried it with the recommended 1 TBSP because I like my creamer and what would a teaspoon of anything do? Fired up the frother, was disappointed with the lack luster results, took a sip, and it was blah. Tried another TWO tablespoons. Still blah. Put in another whooping fourth tablespoon and finally got that creamy consistency and slightly nutty taste I was after. If I had stirred that much of this powder into a cup of coffee without using my frother I would have ended up with a sludgy mess.In summery, you can get a creamy cup of coffee using this creamer with a minimal investment (my frother was $6) and a whole lot more than is suggested on the packaging. That makes the price point disappointing, but overall it’s palatable. I probably won’t buy it again, but I’m not rushing out to return it either.
