Can this fit 22.5 grill ?

Yes.. works great.. just make sure you put it over the wheel or it'll tip when you put weight on the shelf..

Will this work on a 22" Weber Smokey Mountain?

This will not fit the Weber Smokey Mountain (WSM). The side supports of this table are designed for a kettle and the sides transitioning with the bowl of the kettle - the WSM is a barrel body (straight sides) so the transition of the side supports will not sit flush with the WSM body causing the table to sit at ~25* angle (unusable). If I don't find another product that is as nice as this table that will work with the WSM I will prob just order another one of these tables and modify the sides to work with the WSM.

Can you use two at a time?

Yes u can ! It's a great addition to my weber kettle ! Probably get another one !

Can you grill with both the lid on and the table connected?

Yes, my lid actually fits more snugly with the table attached. Wish I had this years ago...
