Comes with belt/waist band clip. Just tuck the holster into your waistband and you are ready to go. The back of the holster has a full comfort shield which covers the top of the pistol slide so it does not dig into you for additional comfort that is not found in many other holsters. Not made for a Kahr CW380 or P380.

The one I received is not made for a Kahr at all. Seems to be made for a Sig P938. It does not line up with my Kahr CW380 at all. It does not cover the trigger at all, doesn’t match up with the hardware of the cw380, and covers half of the grip making draw impossible. Some of the edges look unfinished as well. I will delete / update this review if the seller gets back to me about a refund.

Not a good fit.

Clearly this holster was designed for a different weapon from the CW380. It fits, but not well. The holster I already have from Tagua for the Sig P238 fits much better and I will continue to use it instead.

Very nice

Had some trouble finding an iwb for the Kahr CT 380. This one fits the gun like a glove, seems to be good quality and comfortable as well.
