How long can the product be stored in typical garage conditions? (100 Summer 40 Winter)

The shelf life is not great, so last summer I tightened the lid real good but not too good as it is hard to get off without pliers. I turned the cans upside down. I had a winter freeze job raise its head today and forgot where I stored the glue, hence here I am. Found the glue and turning upside down worked. glue runny as when it was purchased.

Is this glue/sulvent also a rubber safe adheasive, using a #9 rubber plug inside a 1 1/2" PVC pipe?

About the rubber not sure on that but pvc to pvc fast drying

Useful with schedule 80 pipe as well?

Sure as long that is pvc absolutely
