Barley contains gluten. how is this gluten free?

DetoxiFiber is Certified USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, Vegan, Gluten Free and Dairy Free! The recommended use is mixing 1 scoop with 8 ounces of water or (no sugar added) juice, but some folks do like to add it to their smoothies.
