Great camera for live streaming
Purchased two to replace older more expensive camera, and these work great. Super clear picture, good quality. Can work two cameras with one remote, however, differentiating which camera doesn’t work as it should. I press camera 2 and bot cameras move. Remote reads both IR streams on the camera. Will be trying a different controller to see if that makes a difference. I love the camera and will purchase a third.

Good unit, great picture quality. Remote is a bit clunky
THREE YEARS LATER UPDATE: Great unit! Still works perfect for our weekly Zoom gathering. I never expected it last this long.I did buy this camera controller unit soon after my original review and it also works excellent: much more convenient and faster spin rate for panning:EVERSECU Mini Analog PTZ Camera Keyboard with 4D Joystick, PTZ Speed Dome Camera Controller with RS485 InputORIGINAL REVIEW:we use it for a weekly 1hr group meeting, about 20 people in person and 20 more on Zoom. Very quiet operation which allows people to forget the camera is there. (Folks tend to get uncomfortable if they know they are on screen)The remote control is a bit clunky and camera is very slow to pan around. It only allows for one operation at a time…for example, slow pan left, then tilt up of down, then zoom in. I’m currently looking for inexpensive joystick controller to hopefully fix this. The camera definitely moves faster if I use preset location function on the remote, but in my particular situation, location presets don’t help much, as folks sit in different spots each week.Overall we are pleased 5 months after purchasing.

Great picture
This camera has great picture quality for the price.I did a live two camera shoot using this as the host camera. I’m real happy with the picture this camera produced. It moved a little slow than I had hoped, but over all I am very happy with this purchase. I’ll probably purchase a second in the near future.

Very impressed
This was delivered yesterday and it was well packaged.. I hooked it up and it worked perfectly. I can't wait to use it.In one of my large pool tournaments. I'm considering about buying a second camera for a different angle. I also had a extra tripod, and I was lucky enough that it fit on there.Perfectly

UPDATE: Great camera for the price
UPDATE: I bought a 3rd camera - the new version with the ability to control settings over Ethernet. This makes operating/adjusting *SO* much easier, especially as we use them in both natural & low light situations, which require very different settings. With the older models, everything had to be adjusted using remote control, which was not very convenient. Definitely a step upBought 2 of these cameras to use in a venue. To be fair, we're probably pushing this beyond the limits most will need and still getting the hang of a lot of the settings.Running through a Blackmagic ATEM pro to stream out.In normal daylight the picture quality is great. However, we mostly use for bands/performances at night with stage lighting etc, so it has required a fair bit of experimenting. Although it shows low light mode on the specs, this isn't actually available (although apparently they have a new release coming out). WIth the daylight settings, the colour is very hot & contrasty. However by playing with the settings it is possible to get a pretty good picture, especially if you plan to manipulate later with editing software. The secret is to drop the colour settings right back. Using the remote to do everything is a real painful process, so I'm looking into software control options (also for camera movement). I haven't played with the preset options yet to see if I can set that way in the meantime.A big plus has been support - they've been super helpful & quick to respond, which is often not the case with products bought on Amazon.Considering getting a 3rd camera in the near future.

Limited Visca support
Boy, I really like this camera. Great image quality and physical construction, and it has all of the interfaces I need for my project - POE, HDMI, Visca control over Ethernet. Unfortunately, I need to control the camera remotely, it seems the VISCA interface is incomplete. Pan/tilt over VISCA is at one speed only so I can't do a fast manual pan or a slow auto-pan from my control console. Also, the presets function doesn't work through VISCA so I can't preprogram locations. I know the camera can support all of these functions because I can achieve them with the included IR remote. I have been unable to find any support for this cameral online, either documentation or firmware updates, and very little in the online communities. I will likely return the camera if I can't find a solution.
