Q: On the box says you need cement and glue to build this i was wondering is it possible that we make it without cement ?

I dont believe its possible. There are snap kits available, but, most of these kits require glue or similar adhesive.

Q: Rubber band type or individual linked tracks?

Rubber-band style tracks. As noted in some of the reviews, this kit was originally released back in 1975-76, when individual links (a la Dragon's "Smart Track"), when the idea of individually-linked tracks hadn't yet even been conceived.

Q: Which decal sets are included? in other words which versions of the panzer iv can be built from this kit?

The decal sheet included in the kit contains the correct crosses, turret numbers, and divisional insignia for the 3rd Panzer Division in Poland (1939) and France (1940), the 11th Panzer Division in the Balkans (spring 1941). and the 15th Panzer Division, Deutsches Afrika Korps, spring 1941.

Q: Does it metal barrel?

No, my kit was all plastic; but you can buy a metal barrel for it.
