very useful
i recently move to new place and there is no gym near by so i got this to do my basic workout of arms and backs regularly. i am yet to discover the more exercises i could do with this but it works nicely the bands are of good quality.

Poor quality bands.
One band snapped on first use. And I was only just doing some warm ups!!The additional accessories seem to be decent enough. But the bands quality is suspect. Disappointed.

Not enough resistance. 25 kg feels like 2 kg
Got green band of 25 kg. But feels very weak. Equivalent to 2 kgs. Waste of money and time.
