Difference between this and the other tri-ply 8 quart pot (80116/038DS) besides the lids?

The Tramontina 80116/038DS has a glass lid and the 80116/041DS has a stainless steel lid and the handles are a different style. These are the only differences. is this tri ply all the way to the top?
