We do not measure by weight. The tension will depend on the user because each users weight and workout ability is different.

Q: I am 17 yr old and 185lbs varsity pitcher, red or blue?

It would depend on you own strength but I would guess the blue. I’m not a trainer though. My 17 year daughter tried the blue and they were a little too much for her. She is 5’5 and 130lbs.

Q: I have a petite 11 year old daughter who plays travel softball. Should I stick with the green bands or move up to the next level?

Green should be fine. Next level up are pretty stiff. My son was 11 when he started using them. Green was good for him for a year. He is now 13 and uses red bands.

Q: I purchased the green set because it was advertised for youth. The booklet that is included states green is advanced/adults. Yellow beginners/young?

great starting point for young pitchers

Nice workout for a younger kid. My 11 year old uses them on off days and as warm up on game days. No issues with rip/tears and can be installed just about anywhere.

Better than most & as good as...

3rd Purchase after trying 5 or 6 different brands- these are better than most & as good as the brand name for discount (with the addition of the strap & door anchor).

Don’t recommend college bands

The college navy blue bands are very tight and highly don’t recommend them for anyone. The bands are made with very high quality and look good. Highly recommend them but get the youth resistant to actually get best warmup with them

Bands are good for kids.

Seems to work, and my son's coach hasn't yelled at him about it. Still can't throw line-drives from 3rd to 1st, though.
