Disappointing in so many ways

I bought it because I wanted to avoid dog hair wrapping --guess what it does? It wraps hair. I have to pull long hair out of it twice. It's awkward to move arround. It's not well balanced. Feels weird when you vaccuum do the unbalanced design. It has okay suction but nothing amazing. I still have to roller hair and sweep. I have to sweep before and after. I have a heavily shedding dog so I needed a good vaccuum. I do not like this vaccuum. Maybe it is because it is refurbished. Oh--it's dented too.
