Made the job easy!
Really important.. This was my second surface cleaner. The first one was another brand that worked for a few minutes and stopped spinning. These cleaners use cheap nylon bushings that fail quickly if not properly lubricated. I read up on how to fix the problem and took apart the center hub lubricated it and it still didn't work (bad bushing) so I returned it for this one. Exact same design, but this time I lubricated center hub before I ever used it and it worked great for hours non stop. Very happy. Also love the cleaning solution tank. Used Krud Kutter for driveways & outdoors and it was soooo easy. It took a little practice to learn how to adjust the flow of the cleaner. My pressure washer is 2400psi at 2.4 gal. and it worked just fine. Watch some videos on how to take apart and lubricate these surface cleaners and you will be much happier with the product and it will last much longer. It takes a couple minutes, if that. #5 allen wrench and Iube like axel grease. I used Super Lube.

This sould be at the top of the list of ones to buy.
I wasn't sure if this was going to work but I figured being a Prime costumer what do I have to lose. I mine if it didn't work I'd send it back and try a different one. Boy am I glad I chose your product , I read the good and bad reviews. The good out weight the bad. This thing WORKS GREAT , took a hole less time (my back really thanked me ) the soap dispenser is adjustable, I found that if I pulled it backwards it was super easy to pull. When you push , you are putting downward force on the bristles that control outward spray and making it harder to push. By pulling there is an upward motion on the bristles causing alot less drag and less strain on the back. As far as the problem with the swirls, Slow down ! You will be surprised how fast you can go, and if you do leave swirls just go back over the area. You won't be disappointed with this product.

Amazing time saver!
Cleaned approx. 1,200 sq. ft. Old, rough concrete sidewalks, had not been cleaned in years. Almost as fast as running a floor vacuum. Had to slow down for a few green "mold" spots. Worked great on wooden deck also. My wife enjoyed using it. Easy attachment, on and off. Gasoline power washer, Craftsman 3,200 PSIAs noted in mfg. instructions, best where there is good drainage so "stuff" will run off. If not, switch back to power washer nozzle or garden hose to rinse stuff off before it drys.

Loved the soap dispenser feature
I didn't have any problem with it. I did my 2 car garage floor and about 300F² outside. It cleaned well using a 2900psi machine. I was hoping it would remove some very tough stains in the floor but I should have known it wouldn't because even when I hit them directly with the highest pressure jet(not this surface cleaner) it didn't do it either.

Much better than the off brand. Works great
Ordered a off brand previously... the model that sellers slap on their own brand name. they work... however they tend to float off the ground unless you hold it down with pressure. The Briggs brand did not.. Comparing the two products, the off brand seems to have the jets pointing more perpendicular to the ground than the briggs...guessing it creates more lift. Also the off brand stopped spinning for me so had to return.. So far the briggs has not.

New and improved! Works great...move slow when using. Great for general cleaning.
Great product. I broke the last one I had...totally my fault. This one is even better, seems even more durable, and has a great new feature that allows you to add soap or other cleaner right on the top of the device. I still recommend that you move slowly when using this and move it in both directions across the area you are power washing so you do not end up with dirt lines.

It works
I have to say,it works well! I tried the head unit on my sidewalk with just plain water( no cleaner added) and worked awesome. Makes quick work of large flat areas

Broke after one use. $50 down the drain.
Manufacturer defect in the central rotator. The staple holding the joist was put in on an angle instead of straight and caused separation and internal spraying during first use. Took apart to identify problem but this is something failed from manufacturer.
