Can this be used on the inside of oven door that has been chipped?

Not sure, but I would not. I advise going to an appliance store and asking them. They will most likely have some that will work.

Has anyone used this on wood? I am thinking of lettering a wood sign with one. Anyone used one of these for this purpose?

I did use it on wood as well. It worked fine for me.
