PEXM2150E passes through PCIe signals between PCIe slot and M.2 Key E device. It depends on the M.2 device and the PCIe slot of motherboard whether they are PCIe Gen3 or Gen2.

Works with Google Coral

I bought this specifically to use for a Coral AI Dual Edge TPU, but there is one drawback that I was aware of before making the purchase: only one TPU will be available, as this card only exposes a single PCIe x1 lane. The Coral datasheet even warns you that not all M.2 E-key slots will have more than one x1 lane, so this didn't come as a surprise.If there's a card out there that'll support two x1 lanes, I didn't find it. But if you're like me and don't actually need both TPUs, this will work just fine.

I’m using two of these adapters with the Dual Edge TPU Corals and everything works with absolutely no issues.

Works great with non-CNVio2 cards

Just an FYI this doesn't work with the Intel AX201ngw cards and up as they use CNVio2 but the AX200ngw and below work flawlessly!!
