Great replacement
this is awesome and worked great to replace the failed one. Smaller then the old installed one, but worked and unit is cooling again.

Capcom (former General Electric) still better than the others made in China, these are now made in Mexico, but still of quality.

Cool part for hot times
Two days shy of the official start of summer, and my AC decides to celebrate by shutting down. In central Texas. Yeehaw.Based on my symptoms, various YouTubers suggested it was probably the capacitor - which I removed, tested, and certified as bad. The one on this page seemed to be an exact replacement, and Amazon offered to get it to me overnight for a small delivery fee. It was easy to say "yes."So now, less than 24 hours after my AC went out, I'm sitting in air conditioned comfort, and I have YouTube and Amazon to thank. Life is good!

Save your self a bunch of money
This was great , easy to install, watched a u tube video on how to change it, very easy to do , do it slowly, take a picture of were the wires connect the connections are marked .I also installed a new transformer that supports the thermostat , this saved me over two thousand dollars the AC guys🐀 don’t trust them , look it up and fix your self , capacitor the most common repair easy to do , if your unit is five years old it’s time to replace it before it doesn’t work and your in a rush and fall for the big money fix . Went on a mini vacation with the money I saved 🏖️

Instead of waiting for the Air Con to break down on a Sunday night, with high temperatures, I ordered this, and had it on hand. The dreaded day came, no Air Con guy could come, so I installed it myself from YouTube instructions, and ... amazing... it all worked again. Worth its price and weight in Gold to have waiting, standing by. I bought another one, for the other Air Con.. for its dreaded day.
