I just plug in 240V plug at my office switchboard, I want to first measure what voltage output by multimer and than only I will try my foreign product, but when I just switch on the plug, my office camera suddenly stop working, which means some reverse voltage / current happen in this device, and I read meter is only 50V instead of 100v step-down,So, this is a poor quality product without any quality check they are selling,it will harmful for expensive product same other appliance at home/office,don't buy this.

So, I got this product and was excited to use it, the rated power of this converter is 2500w, I was using my automated soup maker of rating 1500w that I had got from U.S., thereby this converter was essential in the process of using it, it was working fine in the beginning, then out of nowhere this stops working properly and gave the output of 220v instead of 110v(I know this now, because I measured it myself), and because of this my device literally got rendered unusable, I believe in parts like these, durability matters the most! This advice is for anyone like me out there, as I wish someone had told me this before!!
