Nice little laptop
I really like this computer..I just use it for fantasy sports on Yahoo and some other web surfing but I really like it.. I've previously owned larger HP ones and I wanted to go with something different and a chrome operating system because I am tired of windows and their non stop updates.. First of all battery life is excellent, once you close the computer it sleeps and uses almost zero battery, then when you open it it's immediately ready to use, doesn't have to boot up or anything. Also the charging port is the same upside down or right side up! You don't have to fiddle with the port to rightly plug it in. Important to note, set-up was a little tricky as you have to sign in as a user/ owner to take it out of "guest mode" which allows you to bookmark your favorite pages to immediately have access to your faves, that involves setting up a Google Gmail account or using an existing one u have, other than that it's a handy, simple unit that is very well worth the price. I suggest googling the process if you are unsure.. I'm not very computer savvy but I figured it out in a matter of minutes 😁 I recommend this computer.. The mousepad is also a simple tool, which has left click and right click on the pad without extra buttons so you will have to get used to that I do suggest maybe getting an actual mouse and mousepad because the panel is a little tricky to navigate other than that a great 👍 item

Reliable Little Internet Machine
This bad boy does exactly what I need it to do. I’m not a big PC gamer, I’m not operating heavy-duty software, and all the big projects I do are on my work PC. This buddy is for internet and Google docs/sheets work. And it does that spectacularly. I haven’t bought a new “laptop” in ages so it’s great to have a light little internet boy that I can tote around. I’ll miss the disc drive but I know a friend with an external. For the price, I’m super pleased! Plus, by giving this review, I’m getting a 90 day warranty extension.EDIT: soooooo, that warranty is hard to get, haha! But I got this on discount. It’s still reliable. They’ll make you jumps thru some HOOPS for that warranty. It still works fine. Expect the normal… meh-ness of any Windows based machine. It is what you’re paying for, but it’s good for what it is!

Total piece of junk
Here are my experiences with this computer:1) Good battery life if not streaming video. It can easily last you 10 to 14 hours. However, the battery indicator is not accurate. It will tell you that you have 10 hours of battery in one minute, and then 14 hours the next minute, and in less than 30 seconds, it tells you I have only 8 hours left.2) The Bluetooth connection is completely unreliable. I have two devices attached using Bluetooth, a headphone, and a mouse. They take turns disappearing from the connection. And many times, the Bluetooth will shut off altogether by itself. Annoyingly, it happens every 4 to 5 hours meaning that if I am working on this computer, I have to reboot the computer at least 2 to 3 times a day to keep using Bluetooth.3) Internet WiFi is very weak using this computer. If you are streaming movies and browsing the Internet at the same time using different windows, the computer will slow down to ... let's say, no response at all.4) Very light, easy to carry around.5) The screen quality is very poor, so poor that I got headaches after using it for a day. However, it is still nice when you are watching HD movies.6) Good price. For the price I paid, no reason to complain too much.

Good quality, fast and well worth the money.
Screen quality is great. It charges quickly and the battery charge lasts a very long time. The only thing I could find some might find as an irritant is that you must readjust the screen if you move the Chromebook to different locations to have it back in a correct position to see picture perfect on the screen. This I only mention because I find myself needing to readjust screen occasionally to see the picture perfect on the screen. Of course, this does not take away any points from my 5 Star rating as this is the only thing I could find I would mention to others as something they may not find perfect.

Truly terrible, broke in 3 months & Asus refused to honor warranty.
Truly worthless. Stopped working after 3 months - literally, I was in the middle of a Zoom call and it just shut down and wouldn't turn on again. I sent it in to Asus for repairs under the warranty. They claim it was my fault (how??? I never dropped or otherwise damaged this computer, it was literally sitting on a desk when it stopped working abruptly) without giving any information about how I supposedly caused this damage and said it would be about $90 to repair it. For a $130 chromebook that was 3 months old! Ridiculous. Don't waste your money, your warranty will NOT be honored. It's priced so low for a reason - its lifespan is apparently only 3 months.

Laptop electronic great buy
This was a very great guy. The laptop works great. The packaging was packed very well and was safe. It wasn't broken whenever I got it. Nothing was missing. It turned right on the charger works great and for the price is very worth it. If you are looking for a laptop and you run across this one I recommend you get it, it's great for the price
