SUPER EASY TO FOLLOW.
I couldn't find this type of review when looking so here it goes.I can not bake or cook at all, but have picked up an interest in bread since the bread machine is so easy to use. This book is basically dummy proof. Explains it to me like a toddler which is what I need. Simple ingredients, easy instructions and not intimidating at all. Has basic breads for people like me and fancy breads. The fancy bread I am even going to try because it is laid out so easy. Writing is bold and easy to read. I highly recommend for non professional bakers like me!

Bread Machine Cookbook
I love this recipe book! Most of the time I don't like to order cookbooks because the dishes are not for me. This Bread Machine Cookbook is full of many different, simple, and common breads. It's about an inch thick! 235 pages!

Extensive Collection of Recipes / Few Photos
First impression only, as I haven't had time to try any of the recipes. I have been getting back into cooking at home more recently, and resuming breadmaking is on my list. I'd probably already be doing more of it already with the way that prices have gone up, especially on artisan-quality items. Our next door neighbor, who we often send over some of our soups, chili, etc. over to, is gluten-intolerant so she can't enjoy most breads. I haven't figured out a good recipe for a GF version yet. This cookbook doesn't offer any options that way. I was hoping that it would. Also, I am a visual person, and I was hoping for more photos showcasing what the bread loaves should look like. That's the main reason for only four stars out of five. The only photographs are on the chapter heading pages. That's disappointing to me.As far as actual recipes go, most seem straightforward and without a lot of fuss about the ingredients. The collection of potential breads to make covers most any kind of pantry items you might conceive of to go into a loaf of bread. In the past I've had best luck with savory loaves, adding herbs for extra flavor and interest. I just bought a new jar of bread machine yeast, and I have flour on hand. Ready to get experimenting!

Delicious Results and Practical Guidance!
I’ve tried several recipes from this cookbook and every single one turned out beautifully! The instructions are clear, easy to follow, and the tips throughout the book make it feel like you have a baker friend guiding you. The bread I made was not only successful but absolutely delicious—crusty on the outside, soft inside, and full of flavor. This book is incredibly practical, whether you’re just starting out or already love baking at home. Highly recommend to anyone who wants consistent, tasty results from their own kitchen!

Simple and Easy to Follow Recipes
Very simple and easy to follow recipes. Lots of good and interesting recipes from your basics white bread up to sourdough bread starters and bread recipes to cheese breads and lots more. I tried their basic white loaf bread, and it was delicious turned out perfect even in this high altitude air of mine. I can’t wait to try more of the breads in this cookbook. The next on my list is the honey whole wheat bread.

Easy, successful, & delicious!
Every recipe is turning out great! So happy with this book. It even has tips that really help.It would be better if it were spiral bound. Recipe books should always lay flat. But it’s workable with something on the other side.

Watch measurements carefully!!
I love the book and the fact that it gives most recipes for 3 different weights. However, today I was making the 2 pound Rosemary loaf. After mixing a bit it was a gooey sticky mess so I rechecked what I put in it and added several tsps of flour to try and stiffen up the dough. After rising, the gooey mess had gone over the pan and was stuck to the lid. In an effort to save the loaf, I took part of the dough out before the baking cycle started, but it still appears to be a lost loaf. It is heavy and dense. I noticed that the measurement for the water more than doubled for the 2 lb loaf from the 1 lb loaf. I compared it to other recipes in the book and it appears it should have been something along the lines of 1-1/2 cups of water and not 2-1/3. I have noted it in my book but will watch all the recipes more closely from now on.
