I suffered a headache every day for the last 10 years and Migraines about 20 years. The problem was my migraines were so bad and so often that I got addicted to Excedrin and I could no longer tell the difference between a migraine and rebound headache. Rebound is when the drug leaves your body and the headache is a result of withdrawel.My body would adapt to excedrin and I have been trying to kick it for at least 3 years. At one point I would get tension in my shoulders and neck as soon as the pills wore off along with the headache. I discovered some things by accident that took me from 6 pills a day down to 1 or 2. I found deep breathing when I was trying to lose weight on bodyflex. You can youtube it and just do the breathing, don't bother buying it. It looks silly but if you start doing it as soon as you feel a headache coming, I found it lessened it enough to where I could cut down on the pill taking.So now im back down to 1 to 2 Excedrin's a day. A improvement and I wasn't AS concerned I was destroying my liver as I had been before, but still it is a chemical and I wanted to give my body a long vacation from them. I then remembered reviews on Feverfew so I came to look it up here and found this product.This was not easy, I stopped Excedrin cold turkey. I took like one advil along with this product right before bed so I could actually sleep, other wise I suffered with it. The next day I took one of those 81mg asprins before bed. Third day, I took an extra Migrelief and I was able not to take aspirin.I also stayed in bed most of the three days because I found my headaches came quicker if I was up and moving about. It took 3 to 4 days of this before I realized, woah I didn't have a headache today. I've been off aspirin for about a week and a half now. I think I've had 2 headches but they were so mild they eventually went away on their own. All I take now is the Migrelief. Sometimes I feel a headache about to start and if I haven't had both pills I'll take one and the headache faded.This is huge for me! I had a headache every day for 10 years and now I've had like 5 days with no headache. This stuff really really works. Like I said it took about I would say 4 days of taking it faithfully before it started to work for me. Give it a chance and time to build up in your system and it might work for you too.**Update May 27th 2009**Well its now been two months I think now I averages a couple of very mild headaches a month. This product REALLY worked for me. I haven't had aspirin in 2 months, I'm now switching to a low glycemic way of eating and I feel great. No longer is my life revolving around the fact I'm due a headache in a few hours. I'm working on getting my blood levels alkaline for maximum health and hopefully to fix getting even a couple of mild headaches from every returning.**UPDATE Jan 2011** I decided to add an update to tell you how things are. I'm back at having a headache every day go figure. Although, if I don't take Migrelief they are a bear to get under control. Migrelief makes them manageable and on average I take one to two aspirin to get rid of a migraine.... that is until I discovered Natural Vitality's Natural Calm. Look it up here on Amazon. This product has changed my life. I bought it to help fight my anxiety, and I discovered something completely by accident. I upped my dose to two or three teaspoon just as I felt a Migraine coming. (I wasn't taking it for the Migraine.) and like that, the migraine went away. Never, ever had that happened unless I was taking aspirin.. and even then not that fast. It turns out that Natural Vitality is a water soluble magnesium and one of the side effects of a magnesium deficiency is migraines. If you've tried everything, I'd beg you to give this stuff a try. I haven't had even a peep of a headache in a few days now.. its amazing!

I've had migraines for over 20 years- nothing over the counter ever worked. I have a prescription that I can never get filled because it's so expensive. There were weeks where I would have a migraine everyday, but always at least a few a week. I read a lot about this product before I tried it out. I was really skeptical. Migraines run in my family, and I am well-acquainted with the suffering. Missing family events, ignoring the kids, not being able to leave the house, etc. Surely something simple like taking a vitamin wouldn't have any effect on such pain. Even as I ordered it and tried them, I didn't believe it would have any effect. I was wrong! It had taken a few weeks before I even realized I wasn't having as many migraines. I've been taking them for almost three months and I still often get a dull headache, but it doesn't become severe. Sometimes I get the 'pre-migraine' feeling... but it just stays as that and doesn't develop into the full-blown thing. These three months have been the longest (mostly) migraine-free time period I can ever remember having, and I will continue to take this.From the first use, it gave me neon urine as I had read in other reviews. Kind of a shock at first but harmless. I had some weird chest pressure pain and found that it can be caused from excessive Vitamin B, so I just took one per day for about a month. Worked my way up to taking two and haven't had any issues so far. I would recommend anyone giving this a try- if it doesn't work, it's really nothing lost- about the price of a few bottles of OTC medication.Only downside is that I am unable to find these in any stores, and the pill is kind of huge.

I have had migraines for my entire 43 year old life and they weren't even diagnosed as such until I was 25. I have been only able to use Imitrex injectable medication to break my migraines, and those only work about 75 percent of the time. The insurance has been limiting my allotment of these shots so severely lately that I had no choice by to try something else, again. I've already tried many of the prescription medications that are supposed to prevent or lessen migraines. I also get Botox injections for my migraines (this does help lessen the severity of the really bad ones). Of course, I have tried most everything OTC for them as well. Some just made my migraines worse. So it was in desperation that I tried MigreLief. I was amazed that it started working so quickly. It said that it could take 4 to 12 weeks to be effective. I've been on it for about 3 months now. Every month it gets better! To start with, most of my daily headaches are gone! What an amazing feeling to live without them! Then the bad ones that I get are not so bad... On top of all of it, my hormone migraines have nearly ceased. I would definitely recommend this to anyone suffering from migraines.I take one in the morning when I get up (around 5AM) and one around 2PM (when I can sense the daily headache about to come on). Sometimes I will take a third one with a headache.The only side effect that I've noticed, is that occasionally the Feverfew will cause a small canker sore in my mouth. That's a price I'm willing to pay for migraine freedom!!!I've also got my daughter, who is 12, taking them, at least once per day. She also has migraines and her neurologist wasn't at all surprised when I told her my success with this product.
