DrFormulas Vitamin B12 Sublingual Methylcobalamin 1000mcg for Brain and Energy Support Supplement, 30 Vegan Chewable Methyl B 12 Tablets

My doctor suggested a vegan B12 to go along with my plant based diet. I'm so glad I found these. I have noticed a difference in my energy and my hair is looking better than before I started taking them.

The product is good but it was only 30 tablets instead of 60.

I am not sure this is even B12. The first red flag should have been some of the reviews which are identical to each other (copy and pasted) and that they received the product for free. I am one of those people that can immediately tell when I took B12, as it has a quick effect on me. I felt absolutely nothing when I took this. I am on a different brand now and in comparison, its a night and day difference. I would suggest that you stick with a well known brand and one that doesn't have paid reviews.

This B-12 supplement is unique in that it is sublingual, but I don't know that it is any more effective than any other supplement on the market. There is maybe a quicker response, but it is not earth-shakingly amazing. The taste is ok--neither pleasant or unpleasant--but the pills are rather large and don't really fit under the tongue well.

My 2 kids take this supplement under Dr. suggestion. They are too young to swallow so the dissolving tablet is perfect. They like the taste.
