So far seems great, but still skeptic...
I bought this tape based on the description hoping it would be an even stronger hold than command strips. I figure the stronger the better because I am using it to mount my window shades without having to screw into my trim work. I first opened the package and cut off 2" strip to test how sticky it was. I have to say, I was not impressed at all because it felt less sticky than cheap double sided sticky foam tape. But I figured I may as well try it and see what happens...The instructions are 100% in German so I have no clue if i did this right... but i cleaned the mounting surface of my window and the shades with rubbing alcohol, applied three 5" strips and then spent 20-30 seconds pressing the shades onto the window. That is when I started to be impressed because they did not immediately fall off. I tested pulling the shades up and down several times and they still did not fall off. It is now 1 day later and no issues yet. I will update my review as time goes on, but I think if they hold firm for the next month, my fear of them falling off will go away. (The reason for -1 star is for no English instructions and first impressions of the tape make me nervous)
