To Good To Pass Up...
Let me break a couple of things down real quick..I work for a living, sometimes 6-7 nights a week. I am pushing 50, but want to get back into shape. The government as we know takes most of our money, so I am pretty tight with what I get. I shopped around when looking for a squate rack. Even stooped so low as to browse the high priced, used trash on Facebook Marketplace.I shop a lot on Amazon, it's convenient due to my work schedule. So after looking around, I finally settled on this Fitness Reality squat rack and lat attachment set up. It took awhile to get here as it was being shipped by UPS for some reason, and in seperate packages due on seperate dates. UPS if you don't know, doesn't generally use careful hands when it comes to packages, and is not timely at all. So while spending a few days peeking out the windows like a package thief, I finally caught the deliveries securely.Alright the fun part. When I was a kid I use to rip open packages and toss the instructions to the wind. Not so these days. A word of advice, keep a couple of trash bags handy when unpacking the parts, as Fitness Reality goes out of the way to carefully package parts. I examined all parts, gathered up tools and set everything out for an easy assemble. Pretty much everything you need to will come with the kit, but there are easier ways, such as using an impact wrench, socket/wrech set, and make sure you have a utility knife to get through the packaging.I started out putting together the squat rack, NOT overly tightening anything. I kept EVERYTHING finger tight until even the lat attachment was finally assembled...just made things easier to fit. Then, I did a couple final shakes of the units while jumping around doing the final tightenings. The squat rack went together quick and flawless, instructions were not needed, but were included. It was a cake walk job from just looking at the diagram. The lat attachment however, lol...I had a couple of issues. For some reason I decided to use the instructions. Don't do that unless you need to. It was a mess, steps jumped ahead of themselves, parts stepped ahead of themselves, bolts seemed mislabled, etc...My best advice, lay your pieces out, make sure they are all there. Browse the instructions to see where the parts are located on the unit, then just jump in and toss it together. Again, I can not stress this enough...hand tighten ONLY until completed. If you do it that way, you should have zero problems. For my purchases, I have zero complaints. I have seen reviews and Youtube videos where people say chipped paint, or rust, missing parts, etc...All of my stuff was there, packaged great and with care from Fitness Reality. The price was extremely great and resonable, especially for what all this kit can do. Just know that if you are having them delivered by UPS, keep a close eye out, as the delivery dates they give do NOT match...EVER. UPS will leave your stuff exposed outside for all to see and in any kind of weather. They do NOT use kid gloves with your purchases either. And, for whatever reason, they are not requiring a signature for packages...just a dump and go. This is why I prefer Amazon, the delivery drivers generally follow my instructions and place packages on my enclosed deck, out of sight and weather. So yea, hope you enjoyed my ramblings. I'm blue collar, look for deals, and am NOT a paid representative of Fitness Reality or Amazon. If you have any questions about this product I will be glad to answer. I will further note that the lat pulldown system has 1" inch plate holders, so I bought seperate 2" slides that go right over them to accomodate my 2" plates. I also didn't feel comfortable with the 2 small safety bars and ordered larger ones...but that's because I turn into a beast when tossing around weights, it has nothing to do with the actual small safety bars. I fully reccommend this product from this company and in no way, shape, or form regret making these purchases. Good lift to you all!!!

One great rack for the price
I was able to get this at $330 dlvd. I was looking at racks 2 to 3 times as much, but the reviews for this one were much better. It's easy to assemble and looks great and is as sturdy as I could've hoped for in a free standing non-commercial grade rack. If you want to bolt it down there is ample room to tap holes at the ends of the feet and bolt down if you need. I also bought the landmine attachment from Fitness Reality, which is a must have, along with a set of J-Hooks which I prefer for Bench Pressing. Also I found a company out of NYC that makes standard size rack assessories that work perfect on the rack. I had to find a different company for some attachments because my weights are not Olympic. I inherited a large set of plates from my father that I want to keep and use and most of the rack add ons you see are for Olympic plates. I needed plate holders for the rack that were standard, not Olympic, and found the ones pictured. Overall the rack is a bit shorter than most out there, I am 5' 10" and I would say at most 6' 2" is the limit for your height to comfortably use this rack. I am also glad this is all bolt together with very few welds, especially where the main 4 posts meet the feet. I read a lot of reviews on racks, look at the ones for the Hulk racks for instance, those welds fail on many. Also the packaging is genius and assembly is simple really. Every bolt and nut is the exact same, if you have a set of sockets you will knock it out no problem. If not they do include a couple basic wrenches. If you have a cordless impact with a socket adapter you will rock it out in 30 minutes no prob. One person can do it with not much effort, the 1st crossbeam will be the tricky part, but 2 people makes it super simple. Now I see it swing from as low as $240 and all the way up to $499, so if you keep watch you can snag it at a steal but think it's worth the $499 for sure. I am totally happy with what I got for the money I spent and expect to use this rack for decades.

Sturdy and Easy to Assemble
This came so well packaged - I was impressed. Everything I need to put this together was in the box, clearly marked. I put this together by myself until it came to attach the pull bar to the second frame at which point my husband had to help me. Took about an hour and a half to do the whole thing and the instructions were very clear. The equipment is sturdy. I don't have any instability at all. It sits on stall mats which are laid across a concrete floor. The cage is lightweight enough that I was able to move it by myself to its final spot after it was all put together. You will need an alignment punch to attach the cross bars at the back of the rack. They're inexpensive and indispensable. (Don't use a wooden or plastic stick - it will snap!) Once all the screws are tightened, you will have a solid piece of equipment that should last for many years.

Great for Home Gyms.
Packaging is excellent, 2 boxes total.Instructions are simple and easy to follow.Assembly was ok with the included tools, highly recommend a socket set for faster assembly and silicone grease for the pulleys and chrome upright. All the weight horns are 1-inch with 2-inch sleeves, useful for standard sized plates. The main uprights (4 total) are 2 pieces held together with 4 screws (thread locker may be useful) in the center. Once fully assembled this does not present any issues as the rack is very stable.Overall, a great rack for the price.
