I downloaded the software for the rk71. whenever i try to open it some chinese error always comes up. if anyone knows how to fix this please help?

To my knowledge there is no way to fix it. The software sucks and there is nothing that you can do about it. I've spoken to the people that created the software, explaining to them that it was every user unfriendly. They said they would fix it, but so far nothing>
