Very Defective Product
Most of the keys are not working. Poor product. Not even checked for quality control. Disgusting that Amazon is earning profit with such nonsense products. Even the replaced remote is defective. Couldn't find any reason why this Amazon shouldn't be sued for selling such poor product on their website.

Apart from the keys being a bit hard, the remote works as expected. The voice function isn't present which is already mentioned. Good remote for the price as compared to the original Samsung one remote.
