Good set of bands for home workouts and also while on travel
The box packaging looks neat and well organized. I like that the bands are multicolored to distinguish each one easily. Moreover, each band is labelled with equivalent resistance weights. The bands seem to be made of high-quality rubber and it feels durable and reliable. (These are really a Beast in the way they look and feel!) This set feels portable as it comes with its own bag and helps when doing workout while on travel. When working out at night-time, I would prefer to use this bands because these does not have any metal parts that give “clanking” sounds when dropped to the floor. It’s good that this includes a door anchor as this extends the type of workout that can be done at home. Same is true for the included grip pad as I can use it straight away without needing a workout glove to prevent the bands from slipping when held. There are also YouTube videos that can be followed for some exercises to begin with.In conclusion, I would highly recommend these resistance bands. I did not find anything bad on this product at this time after using them for a week. Right now, the value for money is great with this set.

A full set of large loop resistance bands at this price and quality is hard to beat.
After a break from lifting weights, I decided to try something different. Now in my early fifties, continuously progressively overloading takes its toll and from what I’ve seen as I researched the topic, bands are easier on the joints and follow more closely the strength curve of our muscles. And you don’t have to orient your body to work weights against gravity, bands work horizontally, at angles and even upside down.So as for these bands, firstly, they arrived faster than stated which I was pleased about, they appear to be good quality with the claim of a lifetime guarantee. Set up a login on the Fitbeast website and put in your unique code on the card provided to activate this. (It is a company based in China so I don’t know how serious they are about this guarantee). I don’t think there’s a full set of this type of quality resistance band at this price anywhere else in the UK.Superbly packaged and the door anchor is one of the better designs I’ve seen. And while the carry bag seems robust, the online videos and hand pads are a nice touch and are great for newbies, I probably won’t be using them. I’ll explain why…A downside of using the large loop style of resistance bands is the unique stress they put on your hands. Mostly on the outer edge from the base of the little finger to wrist and the inner edge between thumb and forefinger. The pressure here can cause your hands to give out before your muscles do and that’s why they supply the pads, but they have a flaw...A benefit of these bands is you can adjust the resistance minutely as you train. Not gonna make the full number of reps? Easy release a little of the band and you’ve effectively performed a ‘drop set’. Started out with too easy a resistance? Simple, grab a little nearer the anchor point. Now it’s harder. So much easier and quicker than stopping and adding plates or swapping dumbbells. But, trying to adjust the position and slide the hand pads along a band is an awkward and clumsy procedure. What we really need is gloves padded at the edge of the hands, where the bands exert pressure. And that’s where my idea comes in...If you look at my photos, you’ll see how I use my own, old inexpensive padded lifting straps, looped around the palm, positioning the pad and straps on the edge of the hands. Then sliding a lifting glove with a velcro fastening over the strap, giving me enough protection against the pressure from the bands to keep going through a workout. The only manufactured gloves I’ve seen with padding specifically for this type of bands are sold with a full set of bands and training programs for some $200. That’s where I got the idea for my DIY gloves - so check out the videos of James Grage online. He’s the unofficial guru of large loop style resistance band training with free full workout routines from a competitive physique/bodybuilder who gave up free weights and machines exclusively for bands. These bands will receive thorough usage over the next few years, if anything notable happens with them I will return and update this review.UPDATE: Since using bands exclusively for about a year, I did then incorporate free weights again. But as I'm older now, it's higher reps, lower weights, but still progressive overload and using bands to assist.I encourage everyone to regularly check all of their home gym equipment and that includes bands. Bands aren't like weight disks and bars, you have to be careful they don't catch on your other metal kit. As I was checking my bands before use, I noticed a flaw on the black one. It looked like a split was forming on the outer edge, fortunately I caught this early *because* I regularly check my home gym equipment. The seller immediately offered a refund (as we were in a pandemic and it was more expedient than sending another) with which I bought a replacement.Bands aren't indestructible, they can get caught on the plethora of metal in a home gym. Be aware of the condition of ALL your gym equipment.

Great bands and great support from Fitbeast.
These bands are strong and excellent for a wide variety of exercises. I mostly use the black one for assisted pull-ups. After almost a year of frequent use they are all still in great shape. I had a small nick in the black one recently and got in touch with Fitbeast directly. They replaced the band with no fuss at all. Great service.Definitely worth the money and I will buy again once these are in need of replacement; but the way they are lasting, I don't think that will be any time soon.Highly recommended.

WOO WOO WA WA! ITS VERY NICE!
I like the flicky and bouncy boingy boingy. It's good. Pretty colours and very stretchy, VERY NICE, WOO WOO WA WA.Ensure you gett the whole set for different strengths of smaller and larger muscle groups.I haven't tried flicking them at anyone yet and there aren't any paper clips big enough to fire across the garden.

Great for home use. Very pleased!
These are great! You might think these bands would not be as convenient as resistance tubes with detachable handles, however I find these resistance bands much better to use. They feel more durable and so they work my muscles harder as I'm not worried about them snapping. You can see from the photos that some of the bands are really chunky. The hand pads are surprisingly comfortable and I wouldn't anticipate any blisters using them. The door attachment is really handy for pulldowns, etc. They come with their own storage bag too. Overall I'm really pleased with this product! The tutorial videos on the website are OK.
