Having trouble putting them on , no instructions on the package . Not quite sure how to use them wasted three already , any help would be appreciated

You need to cut around the insideof the ring to fit around the outside of your flang ring. Once that's done then pull your bag through the seal ring with the printed side toward your body. Fit it snugly around the flang ring & under the "hook" tabs (if your flang has them). Peel the backing off from the bottom up. (Be sure when you're cutting to fit your flang to cut the bottom backing open for easy removal). Peel the bottom section off. (I find it must helpful to slightly loosen the edges after I put it around the ring). Press each side tightly against your skin. I also add some paper tape around the edges just for extra security though you don't have to especially if you're not a high watery output lucky person.  There are a couple of really good videos on YouTube that show how to apply the rings also. Do these go on top of your flang or under it onto the skin?

I use it on top of my flange . The sure seal protects the flange from getting wet especially at the edges . You can take a shower or go swimming without the edges of the flange getting damaged .

Can this product be used with soft convex wafer?

Absolutely I use it with holister very convex hold fine and bag can last over a week
