This stuff really does its job when I have a bad head cold without making me drowsy. You generally have to buy this from the counter (on Amazon, state your birthdate) because of its potency, but as a teacher, the price and added difficulty is well worth it. I generally sleep through the night when I take it and have a clear head during the day. Pills are a little on the large side, but I was raised by an ahead-of-her-time mom who had me taking vitamin supplements and eating healthy back in the 70s!

Wow this stuff just works so well, I literally only ever buy the name brand. I get sick a bunch because I travel frequently, and this stuff has gotten me through soooo many colds. Removes most mucus in your nose/throat and lasts a long time too (12hr). It does dehydrate you though, so make sure to drink more fluids (especially important when sick). Other than that, has helped save me from many sleepless, sick nights!!

Really controlled all my upper respiratory symptoms. Lasted 12-24 hours. Did no cause any cardiac symptoms. Great product.

I received my package crushed and opened why I don’t know.the contents were not affected or opened but this is the second time my packaging was opened and crushed. Please do better!

This stuff really works. There is noticeable difference after 2 days. Also, always check the price per count/tablet for different variations. Sometimes, a packet with lower quantity of tablets is cheaper than a packet with a higher quantity.
