The back of the socket is colour coded to make wiring up pretty easy - if you have the push down tool. Basic but functional and easy to fit.

This a decent rj45 wall socket is a decently made product.It wasn't to difficult to fit .Overall pleased with my purchase.

I was running ethernet cable across the rooms in our house by removing aerial cable and sockets. These ethernet sockets fit the existing boxes and look great.

Great buy and was cheap. I had to install a wired Cat6 RG45 socket downstairs so I can extend wired connection from my router downstairs and take it all the way to loft and upstairs bedroom. I had already fed the ethernet cables through and just needed this connector socket installed on the wall.I have never used a punch down tool and this was the first attempt. Really thankful to this seller for posting a video of the punch-down process with this product description/photos collection which was really helpful.The wire cutter was easy to use and in no time helped get rid of the cable sleeve. The edge of the wire cutter was also useful to position the tiny wires onto the connector before using the punch down tool.I was able to punch down easily and then the the connector locked in with the face plate and I was able to use the two enclosed screws to firmly secure the faceplate to the dry wall (used wall plugs too).I now have
