pans look and cook great ! unbelive and what a good price !
I purchased these after several sets, like copper etc. I have owned tfal before and still use them, though not specifically for induction, when I opened the box they looked great, but felt light, like maybe they were cheap, then i stated flipping them and said, well they're easy to use, then I put them on the panel WOW no noise or vibration like my other brands and HEATED up right now! Great pans, so happy I did read a review that talked about seasoning of this pan, don't waste your time! I baked the oil on, thought I ruined them but a little scrub, and they were clean also i noticed they got burn stained and was like well I guess ill have to scrub them all the time, NOPE put in dishwasher, and they were clean! I cant say enough about these pans I'm back to enjoying cooking again, your results may differ, but I'm not a chef, but I've spent a lot on others trying to find a nice one and at a normal price, I tried and succeeded here!

Performs as expected, with one exception
I bought this stainless steel set to replace a ceramic set that had chipped terribly in the two years I owned it. In the hope of this set lasting longer than two years I'm taking very good care of it, only using silicone, nylon, and wood utensils, cooking at medium to low heat, washing and drying them by hand immediately after use, storing them so they are not stacked on top of one another. The raised edges on the pan are not as helpful as I had hoped and seem to facilitate sticking of food rather than prevent it as advertised. Other than this The pans perform as expected. The key to cooking success seems to be adding half a teaspoon of oil to the pan before cooking. Still, even with oil I wasn't able to make eggs without them sticking to the raised grid on the frying pan. I've decided to use my electric skillet for eggs and bacon (which also leaves a terrible mess in the pan) moving forward. These pans work great for stir frying or making a roux. They are more work to clean. They have the tendency to develop a heat tint (blue stains in the pan) but a spritz of vinegar and rub with a paper towel will quickly remove it. Cleaning with water and baking soda will scratch these pans. I knew more or less what I was getting into when I bought these pans so I'm not surprised by the challenges I've encountered. I bought them for durability not for ease of care. I would choose stainless steel again, but would not choose a set with the raised edges in the pan.

Hard to clean, but very nice pans
After 10 months of use.We use the saucepans daily. They are sturdy, heat evenly, and feel very substantial in our hands. Anything that gets stuck to the bottom cones off with light scrubbing. If there are no bits burned into the bottom, the dishwasher gets them spotless. The bottoms of the frying pans, however, have dozens of raised spots. I am not sure why they are there, but they are extremely difficult to clean.

very nice pans
ok, so the reviews were a bit mixed, so I waited to do the review until I had lived with these for a while. I've had these pans for 6 months now......BUY THEM. They are nice heavy weight pans, and cook evenly. Clean up is easy. I have a gas cook top, so it may be some of the negative reviews are from electric cooktops. Since they are heavy they seem to heat up evenly, and don't panic over them not being coated for non-stick. If you do burn anything in them, boil water and it comes out. If you but just oil....scrub with an abrasive cleaner. They look impressive, even my step son when he came over for dinner even noted they were nice.Update... I’ve had these pans a few years now... they still look wonderful and I love them.

Don't over heat
I bought this set because it has a decent price and it's safe for health my problem with non-stick cookware is that as time goes on it may be dangerous to your health and this one is really nice I have cooked veggies in it I have fried in it the only thing that I would recommend is not to overheat because I accidentally overheated the smallest pot and the color changed other than that it's really nice but it does get hot quickly so you need to wear mittens for the handles

Everything sticks to the pans
We have cast iron frying pans and moved to a place with a glass topped stove. Add to that the fact that I recently remarried, and my wife is not used to cast iron. She wanted "something modern." We had used the cast iron for nearly 5 years though, just being careful with it on the glass. Our old pots were about worn out and we finally decided to buy a new set of pots and pans. We got this, the T-fal Pro E760SC Performa Stainless Steel set.The pots are ok, I like the fact that there is no coating on them to come off in our food. The pans? They have some kind of ribbing in the bottom and EVERYTHING sticks in the ridges of the ribbing. It is a mess. I cannot fry an egg without it coming apart and burning even on low heat. It sticks to the ridges and burns where it sticks while I am trying to get it loose with a spatula. I'll use the pots but the frying pans are being relegated to the trash heap.

Better than a lot of gimmicky pots and pans
You can clean it and make it look like new.You can use metal utensils, not the flimsy plastic ones.Handle stays cool.Cheaper than the other pots and pans. What do you need it for?To cook food.It does that and it will always look good. And it won't peel in your food that you worked hard to cook
